At 42Lolita, we want you to be completely enchanted by your lolita fashion pieces; however, if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-sized garments and intimate accessories are final sale to ensure the highest hygiene standards for our community.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and ship them back using a trackable mail service.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
